I'm so happy you're here!!
I'm making a point to post on Mondays about moments I am grateful for in the past week. We can all use a little more intentional thinking about things we're grateful for. With that said, I hope you'll continue to join me in gratitude on Mondays :)

Here are a few moments from this past week that I am grateful for:
Before I jump into the awesome parts of my week, I'm going to share some challenges. Lately I've been struggling with the blog (in case that isn't obvious). It's not because I don't want to be here or don't have anything to say (goodness knows, I'll never run out of things to say) but finding the time and energy lately has been the hardest part for me. I haven't read or commented much at all and my Monday posts are pretty much the only ones I'm even remotely keeping up with. I apologize for my lack of engagement but know that my reasons, aside from my Nashville addiction (which is nearly finished lol), are good ones and I know my priorities are in the right places right now. At some point I'll turn my focus back to this place a little more, but to give a time frame on that is impossible. So thank you, to you beautiful people who read and comment and follow despite getting very little back. I can't even tell you how grateful I am to and for you. For those who will always be here when I come back and don't hold this 'break' against me.
This week started with me getting sick which was obviously amazing. Or not. Mini me and I are also rocking a pretty hardcore cough. Little man has a cold and runny noses are shared by all. Thank goodness I bought the Costco sized box of tissues... hindsight, I probably should have bought stocks in Kleenex.
A day off - I get a Friday off every once in a while and this week was it. It literally could NOT have come at a better time. I pulled my neck earlier in the week so I booked an hour-long massage which was perfect (and fixed my neck, so yay). I got some shopping done and a few things accomplished around the house. A good day.
Lots of help - Mr. B found out he had to work out of town all weekend and I was NOT looking forward to doing all of the things with no help. Thankfully, I had LOTS of help and ended up getting a ton of stuff accomplished. I'm talking laundry, food prep, homemade soup, some cleaning etc. PLUS having some help meant I didn't have to take Ollie to Annabelle's dance class during nap time (thank goodness) and got to have a much needed night out Saturday night.
nothing like homemade butternut squash soup! YUM
Girls night out - a night out with some awesome women is always food for my soul. Plus the actual food was amazing. As was the wine :) But neither as great as the company. I seriously need to try and do this more often.
that's lipstick, not wine lips lol and my Stella and Dot "natalie" necklace (LOVE it!)
Another family nap! - okay, this is another thing I could handle doing on a weekly basis! Mr. B surprised us by coming home early Sunday and we were all exhausted so during Ollie's second nap, Mr. B, little miss and I snuggled in bed and watched a movie. I only slept for about 20min but it was a glorious 20min. I also got to sneak in a little Nashville be+ore anyone else woke up lol. #priorities
I'm sure he'll be thrilled I posted this lol but how sweet are they?!
Alright, my allergies are INSANE right now so I need to get some meds and tissue and call it a night. Have an AWESOME week and whatever challenges come your way remember, there are just as many (if not more) beautiful moments in the every day.
