Style Perspectives: pattern blouse with neutrals

Wednesday, March 23, 2016

14 bloggers each picked a look that defined their personal style.
The featured blogger on the Blended Blog showcases her signature style (the prompt for that day) and then the other bloggers (on their personal blogs) show how they interpret it.

Before I share this week's outfit, here's how we all styled white pants last week:

We did good, no?!

Okay, moving along to this week's prompt

pattern blouse with neutrals:

Admittedly, I struggled with this one a little bit. A patterned blouse? What does 'neutral' mean?
Clearly I was over thinking it (I may have a tendency to do that about most things)...

I threw on my white jeans (yikes) and this blouse and I think it works with the theme plus it's comfy and the good thing about a patterned blouse? No one would ever know that I had spitup on my shoulder. I mean... what?!

And just in case you wanted a closeup of my face, there you have it. Just ignore my roots... apparently I have... this is what I call "natural ombre". New trend?
